How we present speakers

Headliner operates as a booking agent. We help organisations and event planners identify, shortlist, and book keynote speakers. Most speakers are presented on a non-exclusive basis, and we do not claim exclusivity unless it is expressly stated and true. A speaker's appearance on this site does not mean they endorse Headliner, and it does not imply any affiliation, partnership, or sponsorship unless we say so directly. Submitting a request does not create a booking; a booking exists only once terms are agreed in writing for a specific event and date.

Speaker information

Speaker profiles are compiled from public, verifiable sources and are provided for general information. We work to keep them accurate and current, but roles, topics, and other details change, so we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date. If you are a speaker or a representative and want a detail corrected, tell us and we will review it against the public record.

Fees

Any fee figures shown are indicative ranges drawn from public sources, or marked “fee on request”. They are estimates, not quotes or offers, and they change with the date, format, travel, and negotiation. We never publish an invented fee for a real person. The only reliable number for your event is a current, confirmed quote, which we provide on request.

Availability

Availability is indicative until confirmed. A speaker appearing on this site is not a guarantee that they are free for your date, and inclusion does not imply that a speaker has agreed to appear at your event.

Names, trademarks, and images

Speaker names, likenesses, images, logos, book titles, and other marks are the property of their respective owners. They appear here for identification, reference, and editorial purposes (so you can find and evaluate a speaker), and their use does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, Headliner. We do not use any person's name, image, likeness, or voice to suggest that they endorse Headliner or any event, and we present them only to identify and describe speakers who may be available to book.

Images are official or licensed press materials, or are otherwise used with permission or under applicable rights. We respect the rights of publicity and privacy that individuals hold in their own name and likeness. If you are a speaker, a rights holder, or their representative and believe a name, image, or mark is used incorrectly, or you would like your details corrected or removed, contact us through the request page and we will address it promptly.
