Signature keynotes

What your audience walks away with

  • Outcome

Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don't Know

Based on his #1 bestseller. Why the ability to rethink and unlearn may matter more than raw intelligence — and how individuals, teams and leaders can escape "preacher, prosecutor, politician" mode and instead "think like a scientist." Practical, humbling, and built for any audience facing change.

  • Hidden Potential: The Science of Achieving Greater Things

Based on his 2023 bestseller. Potential is not about where you start — it's about how far you travel. Grant reveals the character skills and systems that help people and organizations achieve far more than their starting talent would predict.

  • Originals: How Non-Conformists Move the World

How to unleash original thinking: why so many people stay silent instead of voicing their best ideas, why leaders should welcome dissent rather than stifle it, and how to build a culture where new ideas get championed.

  • Givers Take All: Building a Culture of Productive Generosity

From Give and Take. Why generous professionals can rise to the top — and how leaders screen out toxic "takers," reward "givers," and design norms of help-seeking and help-giving that drive performance.

  • Resilience & Flourishing at Work

From languishing to flourishing. Grant's research-backed take on burnout, resilience, and how individuals, teams and workplaces move past the "blah" toward genuine engagement and well-being.

  • The Science of Motivation & Meaningful Work

What truly motivates and engages people at work — and how leaders design roles, teams and cultures where people find meaning, not just tasks.

The story

Who Adam actually is

Adam Grant is an organizational psychologist and a professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he has been the top-rated professor for seven straight years. He earned his BA from Harvard and his PhD in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan — which he completed in under three years — and became Wharton's youngest tenured professor at age 28.

He is a #1 New York Times bestselling author whose books have sold millions of copies and been translated into 45 languages: Give and Take, Originals, Option B (with Sheryl Sandberg), Think Again, and Hidden Potential, with a new book, Vibe: The Secrets of Strong Connections in a Lonely World, published in 2026. His work has been praised by figures ranging from Malcolm Gladwell and Daniel Kahneman to Oprah, and his 2021 New York Times essay on "languishing" became the most-read Times article of the year.

Grant is also one of TED's most popular speakers, with more than 35 million views across his talks, a standing ovation to his name, and podcasts — Re:Thinking (which began as WorkLife with Adam Grant) and The Curiosity Shop, co-hosted with Brené Brown — that have surpassed 100 million downloads. He has been recognized as one of the world's 10 most influential management thinkers and named to Fortune's 40 Under 40, and has received distinguished scholarly-achievement awards from the American Psychological Association and the National Science Foundation.

Organizations including Google, Pixar, the NBA, the Gates Foundation, Bridgewater and the Pentagon have turned to Grant for his research on motivation, generosity, original thinking, and potential. On stage, he pairs that rigor with warmth and humor — the reason clients so often describe his sessions not as lectures, but as conversations that leave audiences thinking differently long after the room clears.
