The Future of Work and the AI-Driven Workplace (current flagship)
The AI revolution is rewriting what work is — which jobs change, which skills matter, and how leaders lead. Bernard maps the AI-augmented workplace with clear eyes: where automation genuinely helps, where human judgment and creativity become more valuable, and how to prepare your people so the transition is an advantage rather than a threat.
The Big Technology Trends Shaping the Next Five Years
A futurist's field guide to what's actually coming: AI, automation, robotics, quantum computing, and digital twins — sorted into what will move your industry and what is merely noise. Practical, example-rich, and built to leave leaders with a shortlist of the trends that deserve their attention now.
Transforming Your Business with AI
The enterprise-AI playbook, drawn from Bernard's advisory work and his book Generative AI in Practice: real-world use cases across functions, how to move from experiments to results, and the operating model that lets AI deliver at scale instead of stalling in pilots.
The Rise of AI Agents
Autonomous AI agents are the next shift — software that doesn't just answer but acts. Bernard explains what agents change about workflows, customer service, and org design, where they create value, and how to prepare so your organization is ready rather than caught out.
Data Strategy in an AI World
Every AI ambition stands on data. From his book Data Strategy, Bernard shows why "data is nothing without strategy" — how to build the data quality, accessibility, and governance that AI depends on, and how to turn data from an exhaust into a genuine strategic asset.
Digital Transformation That Delivers Results
Transformation that moves the numbers, not the slideware. Bernard shows how to get past endless pilots to real process innovation and reimagined customer experience — with the leadership and culture changes that make it stick.
The Trust Advantage in the Age of AI
As AI floods every interaction, trust becomes the differentiator. Bernard makes the case — and the plan — for responsible, secure, ethical AI: how to handle bias, transparency, and the "black-box problem" so trust becomes a competitive advantage instead of a liability.
The story
Who Bernard actually is
Bernard Marr is a world-renowned futurist, internationally best-selling author, and one of the world's most in-demand keynote speakers on artificial intelligence, data, and digital transformation. He is the founder and CEO of Bernard Marr & Co, a strategic advisory firm he launched in 2006, and he has advised and coached many of the world's best-known organizations — among them Amazon, Google, Microsoft, NATO, and the United Nations — on how to prepare for and profit from new technology. LinkedIn has ranked him among the top five business influencers in the world, and number one in the United Kingdom.
Born near Hamburg, Germany, Bernard studied business, engineering, and information technology at Cambridge and went on to become a research fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School and later at Cranfield School of Management before leaving academia to build his own firm. He is the author of more than twenty books, published in over twenty languages, including Generative AI in Practice (2024), Data Strategy, Tech Trends in Practice, Future Skills, and Business Trends in Practice, which won the 2022 Business Book of the Year Award. His work has also earned the CMI Management Book of the Year, the Axiom Book Award, and the WHSmith Best Business Book Award.
A writer as much as a speaker, Bernard is a regular columnist for Forbes and a frequent contributor to the World Economic Forum, and he reaches a combined audience of roughly five million people across his social channels and newsletters. What sets him apart on stage is currency and clarity: he ships new books and columns on AI agents and generative AI every year, and he has a rare gift for making genuinely complex technology understandable — and immediately useful — for even the least technical people in the room.
