Signature keynotes

What your audience walks away with

  • Outcome

How to Be an Inclusive Leader — Evolving Courageously, Imperfectly & Failing Forward (current flagship)

Built on her award-winning book and the Inclusive Leader Continuum™, this keynote gives every leader in the room a map from unaware to advocate. Brown reframes inclusion as a personal practice — not a compliance exercise — and shows how honest, imperfect, forward progress builds cultures of belonging where everyone can thrive.

  • Unleashing Human-Centered Leadership — Building Inclusive Cultures of Belonging

The leadership skillset the moment demands: trust, psychological safety, empathy and belonging. Brown shows how leaders create the conditions for people to bring their full selves to work — and why that directly drives connection, retention and performance.

  • Ensuring Equity and Belonging in the Future World of Work

What inclusion, equity and belonging actually require as generations, technology and expectations reshape the workplace. A clear-eyed look at where organizations must invest to stay healthy and competitive.

  • Actionable Allyship & Upstander Behaviors

The practical, everyday version of allyship. Brown moves the audience from good intentions to concrete upstander action — across differences of gender, generation, race, ability and identity — with behaviors people can use immediately.

  • Everyone Has a Diversity Story — Finding Your Voice in the Workplace

We all carry identities that shape how we experience work. Brown helps individuals uncover and use their own diversity story to lead authentically, connect across difference, and find their voice.

  • Powerful Partnerships for Change — How Inclusion & Belonging Drive Healthy Workplaces

Connecting inclusion to organizational health: how leaders, ERGs, and executive sponsors partner to build cultures that people don't want to leave.

Jennifer Brown is an award-winning DEI and inclusive-leadership keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and bestselling author, and the founder, president and CEO of Jennifer Brown Consulting — a certified woman- and LGBTQ+-owned firm, headquartered in New York City, whose inclusion strategies have been implemented by some of the biggest companies and nonprofits in the world. For more than two decades she has guided leaders through the tension, transformation and opportunity of building workplaces where everyone can thrive, working with organizations including Google, LinkedIn, IBM, Toyota, Intel, Liberty Mutual, Medtronic, Sony, NASA, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and serving on L'Oréal's Global Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board.

Brown is the creator of the globally recognized Inclusive Leader Continuum™ and the author of four books. Her 2019 title _How to Be an Inclusive Leader_ — now in an expanded second edition — won the Nautilus Book Award for Business & Leadership and codifies the four-stage journey every leader can take from awareness to advocacy. She is also the author of _Inclusion: Diversity, The New Workplace & The Will to Change_ (2017); the Wall Street Journal bestseller _Beyond Diversity_ (2021, with Rohit Bhargava); and _The Shape of Change_ (2026), a personal collection of essays on leading through transformation.

She hosts the popular weekly podcast _The Will to Change_, which surfaces true stories of diversity and inclusion, and her commentary has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, Forbes and Bloomberg Businessweek.
