What your audience walks away with

  • Outcome

AI, Cybersecurity, and the Technology of Tomorrow (current flagship)

AI is rewriting both cyber offense and defense at the same time. Keren cuts through the hype to show where AI genuinely strengthens security, where it creates dangerous new blind spots, and how attackers are already exploiting it — all from the perspective of a friendly hacker who has watched the threat landscape evolve for over twenty years. A clear-eyed, practical look at what leaders should do now.

  • Malicious Innovation — Lessons We Can Learn From Hackers

Cybercriminals are relentless innovators, wielding automation, AI, and adversarial machine learning with nefarious intent. Keren unpacks how the criminal ecosystem actually works — and flips it around, showing what defenders and innovators can steal from the hacker playbook to move faster and think sharper.

  • The Age of Cyber Warfare & Society's Digital Battlefields

From nation-state operations to attacks on critical infrastructure, cyber conflict has become a permanent feature of modern life. Keren maps the new digital battlefield, the players, and the risks — and what organizations and societies must do to build resilience in an era of digital warfare.

  • The Future of Cyber Security — From a Friendly Hacker's Perspective

The trends, emerging threats, and resilience strategies that will define the next few years of security, framed through the hacker mindset. Keren shows leaders how to stay ahead of adversaries who are always evolving — and why curiosity and adaptability beat fear every time.

  • Hackers — the Immune System of the Internet

The landmark idea from Keren's TED talk, expanded for today. Why the hackers who expose our hidden vulnerabilities are not a threat to fear but a force to cultivate — sometimes they make us sick, but they also find the threats no one else will and push us to fix them.

  • Building Digital Trust in the Age of AI & Disinformation

Fake news, deepfakes, and information operations are eroding the trust that institutions and businesses depend on. Keren examines how disinformation spreads, how AI accelerates it, and how organizations can defend digital trust and their reputation.

  • Beyond Gender & Bias — Championing Diversity in Tech & Cybersecurity

Drawn from founding the global Leading Cyber Ladies network: why diverse security teams are more effective, and how to build a culture that attracts and keeps the talent cybersecurity desperately needs.

The story

Who Keren actually is

Keren Elazari is an internationally recognized cybersecurity analyst, researcher, author, and keynote speaker — and, as she cheerfully calls herself, a friendly hacker. In 2014 she became the first Israeli woman to speak on the main stage of the TED Conference, where her talk, "Hackers: the Internet's immune system," argued that hackers force us to evolve and improve. It has since been viewed millions of times and translated into 30 languages, becoming one of the most-watched cybersecurity talks on TED.com.

Her authority is hard-won. A veteran of Israel Defense Forces intelligence — where she served roughly a decade, including as a cybersecurity officer — Keren holds an MA in Security Studies from Tel Aviv University and the CISSP international certification. Today she is a senior researcher at Tel Aviv University's Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center and a faculty member at Reichman University, and was formerly a teaching fellow at Singularity University in California. Over more than two decades she has advised leading security firms, innovative startups, government organizations, and Fortune 500 companies, and has delivered hundreds of keynotes across six continents for organizations including Google, Cisco, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Mastercard, SAP, Allianz, PwC, UBS, and NATO.

Beyond the stage, Keren is a builder of communities. She is the founder of BSidesTLV, Israel's largest security and hacker community conference, and of Leading Cyber Ladies, a global professional network for women in cybersecurity. Named to Forbes Israel's 50 most influential women, she is a featured contributor to the best-selling book Women in Tech (2016) and writes on security and technology for outlets including Scientific American, WIRED, and The Financial Times. Whether the subject is AI, ransomware, cyber warfare, or the culture of hacking itself, Keren makes a complex, high-stakes field feel understandable — and even, improbably, hopeful.
