Signature keynotes

What your audience walks away with

  • Outcome

Bet on Yourself and You'll Always Win: Resilience & Reinvention

Her signature keynote. Molly lost her sport to a crash and her business to a federal case, then rebuilt her life as a bestselling author and speaker. This talk turns that comeback into a practical framework for resilience: how to manage fear, take accountability, protect your integrity, and bet on yourself when everything you built is gone. Audiences leave believing their next chapter is still theirs to write.

  • Molly's Game: The True Story

The insider account behind the Oscar-nominated film. How a former skier with no money and no connections built the world's most exclusive high-stakes poker game from scratch, the sales, marketing, and relationship instincts that attracted some of the wealthiest and most powerful people alive, and the stories that never made it to the screen. Part thriller, part masterclass in creating something out of nothing.

  • Understanding Risk & Beating the Odds

A decision-making keynote drawn from elite sport, high-stakes rooms, and a hard federal reckoning. Molly breaks down how she read people, calculated odds, and made high-pressure calls, and, just as importantly, where she got risk wrong and what it cost her. A candid, practical session for sales, leadership, and finance audiences on judgment under pressure.

  • Make Every Customer Feel Like a High Roller: Elite Customer Experience

Molly built a fiercely loyal clientele of the rich and famous by engineering an experience they could not get anywhere else. This talk translates that into principles any business can use: how to create exclusivity, obsess over the customer, and build a culture that keeps your best people coming back.

  • The Champion Mindset: Reading People & Building Trust

A performance keynote built on the mental tools that carried her through elite sport, high-stakes business, and reinvention: belief, fear mastery, accountability, mindfulness, alliances, and the ability to pivot. It includes what she calls affective presence, the measurable way we make other people feel, and how to build it as a skill.

The story

Who Molly actually is

Molly Bloom is a bestselling author, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker best known as the subject of Aaron Sorkin's Oscar-nominated film Molly's Game, based on her memoir of the same name. Born in Loveland, Colorado, she grew up in a high-achieving family and became an elite competitive mogul skier, earning a place on the U.S. Ski Team and a ranking of third in North America. Her skiing career ended at twenty-one when she crashed on an Olympic-qualifying run. She was an elite qualifier-level skier, not an Olympian, and she has always told that part of her story straight.

Planning a gap year before law school, Molly moved to Los Angeles, where a job running a weekly poker game for a nightclub owner set her life on an entirely different course. Over the next decade she built and operated the most exclusive high-stakes underground poker game in the world, first in Los Angeles and later in New York, catering to celebrities, athletes, and titans of finance. At its peak the operation moved staggering sums, and Molly became known in the press as the "Poker Princess."

It ended in a federal case. Molly was arrested, charged, and pleaded guilty, and she was sentenced to probation and community service along with the forfeiture of her poker earnings. She served no prison time. Stripped of the money and the status she had built, she chose to rebuild on a single principle her attorney handed her: integrity. She wrote her story herself, and the memoir Molly's Game (2014) became a bestseller and then the basis for Sorkin's 2017 directorial debut, with Jessica Chastain in the title role and Sorkin earning an Academy Award nomination for the screenplay.

Today Molly is a widely booked keynote speaker on resilience, reinvention, risk, and mindset, and the host and executive producer of the two-time award-winning podcast Torched, which tells stories of scandal, controversy, and redemption at the Olympics. She also founded One World Group, a women's mentorship organization. She lives in Colorado.
