Who Molly actually is
Molly Fletcher built her career in one of the least likely places for a young woman in the 1990s: the high-ego, male-dominated world of professional sports representation. Over nearly two decades she rose to president of client representation at Atlanta sports-and-entertainment agency CSE, becoming one of the very few female sports agents in the business — and earning the nickname "the female Jerry Maguire" from CNN.
Along the way she recruited and represented more than 300 of sports' biggest names — Hall of Fame pitcher John Smoltz, PGA TOUR golfer Matt Kuchar, broadcaster Erin Andrews, and championship basketball coaches Tom Izzo and Doc Rivers among them — and negotiated over $500 million in contracts. What she learned in those rooms about drive, resilience, negotiation, and the mindset of elite performers became the foundation of her second act.
Today Molly is a keynote speaker, author, and founder and CEO of Game Changer Performance Group, a corporate-training company built around three signature experiences in energy, negotiation, and women's leadership.
