Signature keynotes

What your audience walks away with

  • Outcome

AI First — Winning in the Age of AI Exponentials (current flagship)

Wang's 2025–2026 flagship: enterprise AI is moving from potential to execution. He walks leaders through the shift from generative to agentic AI — automating work processes and accelerating decision velocity — and shows why a class of "AI exponentials" is pulling decisively ahead of competitors who merely dabble. A practical map of where to invest, where to automate, and how to win a "winner-takes-all" market.

  • Everybody Wants to Rule the World — Competing in the Age of Digital Giants

The keynote from his HarperCollins book. Why traditional digital transformation is not enough when you're up against data-driven networks the size of Google, Amazon, and Meta — and the new business models, monetization strategies, and ecosystem plays that let companies survive and thrive rather than get consolidated out.

  • Monetizing the Metaverse Economy

Wang coined the term "Metaverse Economy" in 2020 and sized it at $20.7 trillion by 2030. This talk turns that thesis into concrete customer-experience and employee-experience use cases — the practical, revenue-facing side of immersive and spatial technology.

  • Data-Driven Digital Networks — The New Business Model

A deep look at DDDNs as an emerging asset class: how businesses that capture, harness, and deploy insight from massive data networks create advantages traditional companies can't replicate — and the elements and monetization strategies of the model.

  • Rethinking Your Business to Compete in the Age of New Monopolies

A strategy keynote for incumbents facing extreme market consolidation: decision velocity, long-term investment, ecosystems, and joint ventures as the levers that keep an established company relevant.

  • Regulation & Tech Diplomacy in the Age of Digital Giants

The policy dimension, from an advisor to the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy and a fellow of the Atlantic Council's GeoTech Center: fair competition, the ethical and societal use of AI, and what responsible tech leadership looks like.

  • Disrupting Digital Business — Experiences & Outcomes Over Products & Services

The foundational digital-transformation keynote from his Harvard Business Review Press book: how the economy has shifted from products and services to experiences and outcomes, and how to keep your brand's promise across every customer interaction.

The story

Who Ray actually is

R "Ray" Wang is the Founder, Chairman, and Principal Analyst of Constellation Research Inc., a Silicon Valley research and advisory firm that studies disruptive business and exponential technology trends for the Global 2000. Recognized as a leading authority on artificial intelligence and AI policy, he coined the term "Metaverse Economy" in 2020 and, more recently, "AI First / AI Exponentials." Before founding Constellation, Wang held executive roles at Forrester Research, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Wang is the author of two influential books. _Disrupting Digital Business_ (Harvard Business Review Press, 2015) argued that the economy had shifted from products and services to experiences and outcomes, and laid out the transformations leaders must make to keep their brand promise in a peer-to-peer world. _Everybody Wants to Rule the World: Surviving and Thriving in a World of Digital Giants_ (HarperCollins Leadership, 2021) is his playbook for competing against data-driven digital networks — the "digital giants" — through new business models, faster decisions, and smarter ecosystems.

A three-time IIAR Analyst of the Year, Wang is one of the most-quoted voices in enterprise technology, appearing regularly in the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, and Fortune, and writing as a Forbes contributor. He co-founded and co-hosts DisrupTV, a weekly enterprise-tech and leadership webcast with more than 130 million monthly impressions and 400-plus episodes. He advises the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue and is a senior fellow of the Atlantic Council's GeoTech Center. Since 2003 he has delivered thousands of keynotes worldwide — at Dreamforce, CES, Mobile World Congress, and Davos among many others — logging more than 200 travel days a year.
