Signature keynotes

What your audience walks away with

  • Outcome

People, Process, Product — The 3 P's of Business Success

His signature framework, refined across dozens of turnarounds. Marcus shows how every durable business is built on three things in order: the right people, scalable processes, and an excellent, relevant product. He frames it with three questions any leader can answer today — How strong is your team? How scalable are your systems? How relevant is your value proposition? — and gives audiences a way to diagnose and rebuild their own organization.

  • Leadership Amid Chaos — The Business Turnaround Playbook

Drawn from "The Profit" and a career of fixing broken companies: the exact steps to bring a struggling business back from the brink and make it thrive. Crisis leadership, accountability, cash discipline, and the courage to make hard calls — for any team navigating disruption, decline, or a high-stakes turnaround.

  • Know Your Numbers — Money, Discipline & Growth

"If you don't know your numbers, you don't know your business." Marcus makes financial discipline visceral for any audience: control your cash, protect your core business, and use clear numbers as the foundation for growth instead of guesswork. Built for finance/CFO audiences and operators alike.

  • Business Ownership — Obligation or Privilege?

A keynote on the ownership mindset: the real responsibilities and rare opportunities of building and running a business, and why how you treat that responsibility determines whether you last.

  • The American Dream — Grit, Vulnerability & the Immigrant Edge

Adopted from a Beirut orphanage during a civil war, raised in Miami, and the builder of a multibillion-dollar retailer — Marcus turns his own story into a keynote on resilience, gratitude, and leading with sincerity. The talk that closed EO's 2025 Global Leadership Conference, where he chose vulnerability over tactics.

  • Building Teams People Don't Leave — Culture, Morale & the "Get Them on the Bus" Model

His coaching approach to leadership: how to lift morale, hold people accountable, and bring your team with you instead of running them over. Practical culture-building from someone who's rebuilt the people side of dozens of companies.

The story

Who Marcus actually is

Marcus Anthony Lemonis was born in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1973, during the Lebanese Civil War, and abandoned at an orphanage days after birth. At about nine months old he was adopted by Leo and Sophia Lemonis and raised in Miami, Florida. His family was in the car business — his great-uncle owned major Chevrolet dealerships — and auto legend Lee Iacocca later became a mentor and early backer. Marcus graduated from Marquette University in 1995 and got his start selling cars before building something far bigger.

With Iacocca's support he founded Holiday RV Superstores, co-founded FreedomRoads, and in 2006 became CEO of Camping World, which he grew — alongside Good Sam — into the nation's largest RV retailer, with 165+ locations across 37 states. He took Camping World Holdings public on the NYSE in 2016. In 2013, he became the star of CNBC's "The Profit," where over 8 seasons he invested tens of millions of dollars of his own money into struggling small businesses, applying the same framework every time: People, Process, Product.

That framework — and his blunt, hands-on style — made him one of the best-known business figures in America. Beyond "The Profit," he has hosted "The Partner," "Streets of Dreams," "The Renovator," and, since 2025, FOX's "The Fixer." He founded the Lemon-AID Foundation to support women, minority entrepreneurs, and small businesses, and has given millions to Marquette University and his Miami high school.

In a new chapter, Lemonis stepped down as CEO of Camping World in January 2026 to become its Co-Founder and Special Advisor, and took the helm as CEO of Bed Bath & Beyond (Beyond, Inc.), where he is rebuilding the brand into what he calls the "Everything Home Company." Through it all, the throughline is the same: walk into something broken, find the right people, fix the process, sharpen the product — and know your numbers cold.
